Ana Cruz Director (Bentonville) Ana has a B.A. in Business Management and her credentials include over 13 years in the field of early childhood education. As the Director, she ensures the highest level of quality are always met. Ana works closely with teachers and parents to provide a high quality, loving, and healthy learning environment. |
Valerie Albarran Support (Bentonville) Valeria Albarran has been working for ABC Happy Kids Learning Academy for over 7 years. During which time Val managed to attend Northwest Arkansas Community College and received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education (Summa Cum Laude) in May 2018. Val has a three-year-old son and a 6-month-old daughter. Val loves working in early childhood and strongly believes that we, as educators, will make a tremendous difference in the children's lives. Val is currently transitioning back to our Bentonville location working with our director Ana. |

Sherry tran Finance & Billing Sherry graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor's in business administration. Her previous work experience includes customer service, sales, retail management, and insurance claims. Her experience and knowledge play a critical piece in the overall growth and direction of our Learning Academies. Sherry has been a part of the ABC Happy Kids management team since the company's inception and continues to play a vital role in day-to-day operations. |
Haley Riley Director (Rogers) Haley Riley has received her C.D.A. (Child Development Associate) credential in early childhood education. Haley has completed her training in areas of director management and quality approved programs. She has great experience working with children of all ages. Haley works closely with parents and teachers to provide children with the best quality care, loving, and safe environment. |
