Ana Cruz - Exec Director

For over 20 years, Ana has been the driving force behind ABC Happy Kids Learning Academy. Combining a B.A. in Business Management with two decades of experience in early childhood education—plus the real-world wisdom of raising four children—Ana brings unmatched knowledge to child development.
As Executive Director, Ana is entirely dedicated to creating safe, healthy, and premium learning experiences. She works hand-in-hand with parents to provide the tools their families need to succeed. Through her leadership, she brings community partners into our classrooms to enhance our curriculum and acts as a supportive mentor to our staff, helping them reach their own career milestones.

Finance & Billing
Sherry has been a cornerstone of the ABC Happy Kids family since the very beginning in 2006! Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, her daily dedication and deep operational knowledge have been essential to the growth and heartbeat of our academies.
While Sherry handles the critical behind-the-scenes magic—including budgeting, payroll, billing, and accounts payable—her true passion is ensuring our centers run seamlessly so our teachers and families can thrive. We wouldn't be where we are today without her steady guidance and warmth.
