Director (Rogers on Walnut St.)
Arianna (Ari) is a ten plus year veteran in childcare, spanning from nannying to classroom management of all ages. Ari has a passion for connection with students and seeing them thrive in emotional and cognitive development. Ari has received her C.D.A (Child Development Asssociate) in early childhood development and has pursued over 350 hours of trainings, early childhood courses and classes in business administration. Ari got promoted to work in an administration role for our Bentonville facility. There, Ari coordinated our student body as a whole, trained teachers to establish excellent classroom practices and connected with all our families on a daily basis. Ari has proven her leadership capability and is ready to put her skill set to this next chapter of her career for the Central Rogers facility.
Director (Rogers on 12th St.)
Haley Riley has received her C.D.A. (Child Development Associate) credential in early childhood education. Haley has completed her training in areas of director management and quality approved programs. She has great experience working with children of all ages. Haley works closely with parents and teachers to provide children with the best quality care, loving, and safe environment.
Ana has a B.A. in Business Management and her credentials include over 13 years in the field of early childhood education. As the director, she ensures the highest level of quality are always met. Ana works closely with teachers and parents to provide a high quality, loving, and healthy learning environment.
Admin (Rogers on Walnut St.)
Shelby Wood has five years experience in childcare ranging from infants up to high school ages. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with emphasis in child advocacy, social work, and criminal justice, she has overseen afterschool and summer programs. Shelby feels just as comfortable in the classroom as she does in an administrative role and feels that appreciation and good communication go a long way with staff, students and families. She played volleyball in high school and college and continues to stay involved by coaching volleyball for school-aged children. You will often see Shelby training our teachers, carrying out hands-on activities with our students, or at the front desk but always ready to greet you with an energetic smile.
Jennifer has 10 years experience working with children. Her main focus has been working with infant/toddlers. Jennifer has pursued many hours of early childhood courses and is currently pursuing her CDA (Child Development Associate). Jennifer works closely with the director and teachers to provide a nurturing environment and a high quality program. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children.
Finance & Billing
Sherry graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor in Business Administration. Her previous work experience includes customer service, sales, retail management, and insurance claims. Her experience and knowledge plays a critical piece in the overall growth and direction of our Learning Academies. Sherry has been a part of the ABC Happy Kids management team since the company's inception and continues to play a vital role in day to day operations.
