Two Things Every Parent Should Know About Our Staff:

• Emergency Preparedness: We maintain an elite safety standard where a minimum of 80% of our teaching staff are actively certified in CPR and First Aid at any given time.

• Thorough Vetting Process: We strictly vet every single individual who walks into our classrooms. Within 10 days of hiring, all new employees undergo a State Criminal Background Check and an Arkansas Child Maltreatment Registry Check. If an employee has lived in Arkansas for less than 6 years, we also run a federal FBI Background Check.
